The Insurance Council of Indonesia (DAI) together with its member insurance associations held an iftar event with the insurance industry in Indonesia which was held on May 9, 2019 at the Insurance Development Center, Gedung Permata Kuningan 2nd Floor, Guntur, South Jakarta. The event, which invited all insurance industry entrepreneurs, began with listening to the recitation of the holy Koran before the event began. The event was opened with remarks from Mr. Riswinandi as the Chief Executive of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Non-Bank Financial Industry Supervisor (OJK), followed by remarks from Mr. Dadang Sukresna as General Chair of DAI. Towards breaking the fast, the event was continued with tausiyah delivered by Mr. Ust. Arifin Nugroho, Lc. The event was closed with breaking the fast together and evening prayers in congregation and ended with a friendly welcome by all the invitees present.
